Pay It Forward.
From a young age, our family has always practiced giving back to the community. From volunteering at school, or having our own food drives at the restaurant back in Old Town Alexandria, to singing Christmas carols at our late grandfathers nursing home.
One year, our sisters and friends gathered together to feed the homeless in D.C. It was truly an eye-opener and an amazing learning experience. Our parents always said, “there will always be someone who has it worse or doesn’t have a family like the one you’ve been raised in.”
We always made it our mission to volunteer and to give back to our community.
